Introducing Myself
 
Hello! My name is Savannah. It's my first time being on a forum like this =)
I'm 14... Sorry if I seem young to the lot of you!
I've always had problems with my weight, even when I was really young.
So, I've decided to do something about it!
So, I hope to find support in my weight loss journey.
Also, I have no idea what I'm doing at the moment. I think I'm going to start off slow. Control my portions. Cut back on sweets. Don't go over 2000 calories. Watch out for greasy foods...
And excersize 5 times a week... Half an hour
That's just to begin...

Well, without furthur ado... My goals =P

Current weight... 238 pounds.. =(
Goal 1... 210
Goal 2... 199.. Under 200 =) How long has it been?
Goal 3... 185
Goal 4... 170
Goal 5... 160
Goal 6... 145
Last Goal =) 140

Well, that's it...

It sounds like you've sorted out a plan for starting your weight-loss, so you're well on your way.

Howdy, Savannah. Sounds like you have a great starting plan. Don't forget to get good foods to eat. I'm sure you've heard it before, but your body is still growing and you need vitamins and calcium and all that sort of thing. You might consider taking a daily multivitamin. no junk food and less sugar with more exercise is really sensible! That's where some of us old ladies start too! Welcome to 3Fc and we're glad to have you among this group of losers!
