hey my name is danny..im 19/male and am currently attending college as a computer science major. I been overweight my whole life...at 18 i decided to change my life cause i was sick of it! i was 250 pounds in september. as of march 13 im 185. 65 pounds down. those months were exciting for me..as the weight droped and i didnt really ask for support for anyone or anything like that because im a very private person..now im 5 8 so i still look and feel overweight and i want to be around 155. I am now seeking some support because i havent lost one pound in two weeks and i am feeling very down lately.

You will find a lot of very wise and kind people here how are more than happy to help you in any way they can. I know how hard it can be to ask for help of any kind, but you have made a great choice in coming here. You dont have to share to much personal information here, as long as you can be open about your eating, workout regimine, or anything else that people may ask about when you need advice on any topic.
