Stronger than cookies!
 

Hi, my name is Kris. I have been obese since I was 8 years old and I am tiiiired of it! I've lost weight before through eating disorders, but this time I am doing it the healthy way. I have a two year old son who keeps me busy and want to set a good example for him and my husband, who gained 100+ lbs after we were married.

I have an awesome reward system set up for every 20 lbs I lose, ending with a trip to London or Hawaii. I am so excited! I hope I can do this without too much trauma. And hopefully I will learn to be stronger than cookies. Or pizza. Or fries. Or whatever :)

Excellent! I'm with you on how strong those cookies can be. If only we take control instead of allowing them to have it! I'm looking forward to your updates. I think it would be great to see pics of you on your celebration vacation!
