Hello slimming friends!

I'm new, from the UK and embarking on a journey of weight loss - I have about 126lbs to lose and am 274lbs. I'm doing it through Weight Watchers and going to weekly meetings.

Welcome! The people here are wonderful!! So helpful. I'm the same height as you and started just 11lbs from your current weight. 3FC helps me keep going despite the days when the scale doesn't move.
