Hello Everyone

Just joined so thought i would say hi,,, could really do with some support and advice as starting diet again tomorrow. I was 15st 6 lost five stone and have put back on a stone and a half and need to get it off,,, but find myself saying i will do this tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. I find it hard to lose it on my own was wondering if there is anyone else like me and perhaps we could become diet buddies.
