starting all over...again
 

Hey ya'll I just wanted to introduce myself..my name Is Angee and I am a single mom of a very precious 17mo old...I am large!!! Omg I cant believe I have gotten here again..I was at my highest 400lbs..with ww i got down to 203 then up to 290 with some parting then during and after my pregnancy back down to 201 now back up....Its such a journey that i can not do a diet I need a lifestyle so I never go off it and never feel this gross and tired and insecure, so I am starting the belly fat cure and need all the support and advice i can get...thanks and congrats to all of you that have done so well!

Wow! You already managed to lose a lot of weight once, and I'm sure you can do it again. Sounds like you know it's a lifestyle change, so start thinking of it that way, and I'm sure that you'll succeed :)

Welcome. I am new here too! I am sure with lots of work and a LIFESTYLE change it will work. I am a firm believe that diets don't work and you got to make a change in lifestyle! So what are your plans for you change? I am planning on doing the 5 factor diet. I says diet :) but it's actually a great lifestyle choice!
