new here with health problems
 

Hi. I am new here. My daughter showed me the site. I have been overweight most of my life, but now it is getting in the way of my health. I have Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease. These combined make it difficult (and painful) to do much in the way of exercise. I hope to find enough support to get the job done.
