Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a 24 year old from Lawrence, KS. I'm getting ready to graduate in May with my bachelors' degree in Psychology. I haven't exactly started my weight lose journey but am gathering information in order to do so. My goal weight is 145lbs which I haven't weighed since at least junior/high school but I know I can do it. I gained a lot of my weight during my senior year of high school and the years since then after I went off an antidepressant and just didn't take care of myself. I'm tired of being tired all the time, so hopefully this place will help!
