Hi From VA!

Hey everyone! My name is Kate and I just joined the site a few days ago but I am already amazed at all of the inspirational and helpful posts I have read. I have 15-20 pounds left to lose and I just started the south beach diet for the second time so I'm excited to meet my goals. I can't wait to share this journey with all of you!
