well im 19 and super excited to start my journey .....again lol ! I have been watching this site for awhile and have come to realize it won't help un til i join haha , im 5'7 and 1/2 and 189 lbs the biggest i have ever been , i'm so ready to see it gone !

Hi...I just joined the site yesterday. I am ready to finally see my weight gone as well. I am 214 and this is the heaviest I have been. I am 5'6 and 23 years old. My Goal is to be at 150. I have been reading this site for some time as well and decided now would be the best time to start because I am ready to do it for myself. I look forward to getting to know you...I am hoping this site will help keep me motivated after reading all the inspirational stories.

Thankyou didnt think i would get responses in the first day ! I have just started going to a gym as in today lol. it is gender seperated which i love men are in one building and woman in the other , so i think i am starting at a good pace !:cool:
