One Last Time
 

Hello, My name is Rachel and I'm a lurker. I have lurked the 3fc website for about a year now, and I honestly don't know why I have never posted. I started my journey about a year and a half ago and lost about 40lbs. Then I went to Italy for a summer and lost another 20, and I have to admit I felt pretty darn good. Yet, it all came back on (for the most part). I am not 165 pounds (started at 173.5 this second time around) and I am hoping to reclaim my life so I can look amazing in my brother's wedding in Hawaii in July and in my own wedding in about a year and a couple months!

It's about time that I started being healthy for me, my fiance, and my family. So, here I go for one last time.

good luck! i know it's frustrating "starting over" and feeling like you are doing th work twice! but dwelling on that doesn't help. if you did it once, you can do it again!
