Hello all :)

Hello, I joined back in Nov 09, but have only occasionally lurked around. I decided to finally do some posting as help is great in this journey, and i feel I might be able to help others. I have been on WW for 20 months and have lost 105 pounds. I have about 75 to go and I am on my way. :D:D:D
