Anybody have any thoughts on the Ideal Protien Diet
 

Well today I started the IP diet and let me just say.. WOW. I need suggestions on how to do the meal times and what you all have found that taste good together.. I'm kinda of lost. I have never really tried to eat a lot of vegies and the ones I really Like I can't have:(..However, I know that this is why I'm having to be on this diet...:carrot: But still need some suggestion. I am willing to try anything..
