Hello Again
 

Well if you look at my user name you see that I started a 3 fat chicks when I only had 3 children. Now I have five and the youngest is a year old. I weigh more now than I did when I went in for my 6 week post partum check up and 30 more than when I found out I was pregnant.

I have finally come to realize that I need to take charge of my life and body. After having my 4th child I lost 90lbs and my oldest daughter remembers that. She often ask when her skinny mom will come back. It is depressing but also a reality check for me.

So far I have been focusing on whole foods but I think I may join WW online to give me a little more accountability with my food choices.
