Hello to all!
 

Just wanted to post a typical introductory thread :) I'm 22 and tired of feeling that I'm in a much older body - so have decided its time to focus on my health by losing weight. I'm Australian so my measurements are in metric - just in case someone thinks I'm 16 and a half feet tall and only 69 pounds!

Found the site as a link from PQ's blog and find reading through the 'Chicks in Control' thread very useful. Despite not having as big a problem as I used too with binge eating and over eating in general, its still definitely hovering over me from time to time :(
