I am new here, I like what I see

I thought I was new here actually, but when trying to register I found out I had already registered here. Well, I'm back. I am starting WW tomorrow again, for the 3rd time. I have recently found out that I have high cholesterol (238) and want to get that down. I have lots of questions about food etc. I hope I can find some answers here :)
