Hi, I literally just signed up minutes ago. I am anxious to get started on my road to goal. I am hoping to meet many others on the same road. I am a lifetime yo-yo dieter and now need to take control so to teach my daughters to not go down the same path. Wish me luck.

Good luck. It's really important not to let the kids do the same as you. I have 4 kids and I think 2 of them may well have struggles with their weight when they get older so I am trying to teach them good habits now.
