:welcome3: to another CANADIAN ~ this is a very supportive place as you probably have already noticed; and there are lots of great people here too. We have age & weight forums, food plan forums, exercise threads, tons of info, and even a Canadian thread in the Support Groups forum (please do drop by now and then), plus so many others.

Look around, read lots, then just jump right in wherever you feel comfortable ... :D
