I am a newcomer to this site, but already know it's the place to be to get the support I need NOT TO BE DEPRESSED and LOSE WEIGHT. I know I can do it and so can you.

Yesterday, my first day at this site, I looked at the progress pictures and read success stories. It helped me big time. I am still visiting the different places on this site, and finding the best ones for me. For me, it's exciting to find women with stories like my own who have had such great success.

TODAY WE WILL LOSE WEIGHT!
