I am hoping to lose about 30lbs. Since the start of Feb have lost 6lbs - sometimes struggle with sticking to healthy diet so am looking for support, tips, advice, etc from people also on the "weight lose" journey

Glad to have you join this awesome forum. Good for you that you have already lost 6 lbs. That is wonderful. Have you picked a specific plan, or just following a low cal diet? There are so many plans and so many wonderful people on this site that are willing to help with info, support and kindness. Believe in yourself that you can do it!
