I have been a member of this forum before and have started and stopped a few times. I'd like to try again and get back on track to being in better health. I have about 40 pounds I'd like to lose after maintaining a 50 pound loss for about 3 years, but my weight is creeping back up and it's time to get with the program again!!!
I am a mom of 6 kids who works 30 hours a week and I tend to allow the rush of life to interfere with being healthy. I give to everyone and that means nothing is left for me in the end all too often. I have to figure out how to eat right even with all the kids' temptations staring me in the face and exercise even when I am too tired. Sounds easy enough right? LOL!!!
I hope to find lots of support and motivation here to keep me going!
