Hi everyone, my names Mindy, im 23 married and a mommy to James Bond (yes that's my sons real name, it was my hubby's idea lol). I currently live in TN but im moving home to Colorado on February 8th. After my son I just kept gaining weight and it didn't stop, so now im at 300 pounds and I know I can't let this get any worse. My husband and I are getting a Wii fit at tax time and we're changing our eating habits and I know I can't go at this alone so im thrilled that i've found this site. I can't wait to get to know you guys

Hi ladies! Im Emily 26, living in las vegas, nv. I have a wii fit and love it but with my 2 girls i dont use it as much as i would like! I have 2 girls, Aliyeh just turned 2 and Zara is 8 month old.. I was 240 i think after the birth of my second daughter. With the wii and lean cuisines and better eating habits im down to 222. Looking foward to getting to know you all too

Thank you for all the warm welcomes i'm really excited to start this, my husband isn't so much but he knows we need to lol. Missa i'll be moving to the west of Denver with my parents for a few months, and depending on where I get a job i'll probably either be in the Aurora area or the Greeley area. Where do you live? Maybe we can be each others diet pal lol.

Glad to have you join us! There are lots & lots of different groups and forums - I'm sure you'll find some that will keep you motivated, inspired and entertained! There's also info and first hand advice on different eating plans and exercise to help choose the right ones for you and get through the ups and downs.

There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a few months myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of cheating or giving up.
