"New" to the forum

Well here I go again, back on the train!! This time I refuse to fall off... This is the second time I have used this site, and its been so long I had to re-register! My name is Heather and I'm 33yo... I've been married for 11 yrs and I'm finally ready to make ME happy, and figure out who I am! I have lost my own identity somewhere along the way and I am on a mission to find ME and get off this weight! I have about 65 pounds to lose... So here I go again! Hopefully being back on here will help me tremndously! Thanks Ladies! :carrot:

Hi Heather,

Good for you! You need to make yourself happy. I'm new to this forum, and it's absolutely wonderful. I know I'm going to be able to reach my goals, and be happy, finally with the support from all the wonderful 3FC users. And you can do it too!

Here's to being happy.
Stacey

:wel3fc: Hi Heather!
Sounds like you're back on track and ready to get started - you have the determination to be successful and you're doing it for the right person (you!) -the support you need is here - we'll all be here to cheer you on.

Glad to have you back with us! As you know, there are lots & lots of different groups and forums - I'm sure you'll find some that will keep you motivated and inspired. I like all the info and first hand advice on different eating plans and exercise to help get through the ups and downs.

There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a few months myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of cheating or giving up.

So welcome back - you're in the right place - jump back in by inspiring us and being inspired! :df:

All the best - good luck with your goals - 2010 will be our year,
Lee

:tree: Happy Holidays!
:newyear:
