Hello! I joined today, although I've been reading the forums off and on for a few years. I recently got the book, "Thin for Life", and I'm hugely enjoying the message of moderation. Moderation is now my main goal. I've got about 50 pounds to lose, but I'm not sure I'll need to get down that far to feel good, and I might seek to maintain at a higher level.
I just started exercising more and am working on getting used to just a few short sessions a week. I don't do well with moderation, it's hard to avoid doing too much or too little! I like how this whole search for balance has become a metaphor for a lot of things in my life. Looking forward to chatting with folks!
