I'm 46 and a single mom of 20 year old twin boys (men), struggling with the same weight issues I have always fought. One of my boys has joined the Navy and is training to test for entry in the Navy SEALs program. Watching him has motivated me to get off my big fanny and do something for myself. In the past, I have tried the Weight Watchers at home program and had success but didn't exercise which I think was my downfall. So - my goal - drop from 202 to 135 pounds, work up to 25 push ups, 100 sit ups, and run a 5K race by my 47th birthday in July. Hopefully I am not being too optimistic, but I believe I can do this!
I would love to hook up with a few other women who have similar goals and want to support each other... I am here for you!
