Hi! My name is Courtney and I'm 24. I've stumbled across this board before, but I read an inspiring post yesterday and it made me want to join. Seeing other people achieve their weight loss goals has made me want to work even harder at my weight loss goals. Can't wait to get started!

Best of luck! Yep this is the place to be for inspiration. Whenever I'm feeling a bit fed up with it, I get on here and see how many others have achieved their goals. If they can do it - we can too!
