Hi I am Mark!

I am Mark and I am from Fort Wayne, In. I am a weight watchers leader and have a total weightloss of 70 pounds. It took me 3 years to loose it and it will be 5 years later this month that I have kept it off.:D

Congratulations on that five years of maintenance - that's one of those big milestones because it carries the aura that if you can keep it off for five years, you can keep it off forever.
