I need a coach
 

This is my first time using any type of site like this and I don't really know about how to do it, but I need to find a coach. I am following the Beck Life Diet, again. I have been successful with it in the past, but this summer there was an incident and I can't seem to get back on track. I want to follow the program to its entirety and I don't want to ask any of my close friends to coach me. How do I go about finding someone to coach me?

Just wanted to say :welcome: and good luck in your goals. I'm not sure about finding a coach but I'm sure someone here will be able to point you in the right direction.
