I don't feel obese, but I am. I still have this perception like I'm the young curvy girl, then I see a photo and I think 'wow how did I get here?'
What I'm hoping to get from this site is some motivation, as well as to make friends trying to achieve similar goals. The tip to being motivated is to do it with a friend, and I can't work out with my best friend because she had an eating disorder last year and I don't like to get her thinking about losing weight again. No one else wants to work out with me. If I have friends online and we can help each other and push each other, it just may work

Today I thought I'd start out healthy by buying some vitamins, I suffer from anxiety, and when I saw my doctor a year and a half ago she said to take a b complex (b3, b6, b9) and to take niacin to help with my mood and losing weight. I had taken them before and it was fine, but today when I took the niacin, my whole body started swelling and turning red! I was starting to get hives and I was burning all over! I googled it, and who woulda thunk that's a common thing to happen to people when they take niacin!
I just thought I was dying and didn't know what caused it.
So that's my story so far. I also live with my boyfriend who likes me chubby but also could care less if I lost some weight cus he wants me to be healthy too. I could be less chubby and he'd be into it. He just sucks at motivating because he's 6"4 and 140 pounds and can eat chocolate all day and sit on his butt and always have 0% body fat.
