Hi! My name is icepony, and I weigh 128 pounds, I am 12 years of age. :carrot:
My stomach protrudes like I am pregnant, or at least thats how it looks to me. I am hoping to change and weigh hopefully 118 or 108 and have a flat stomach.
I like horses and animals. :dizzy: and I like to make people laugh out loud.

Hey sweetie, you know that since you are still growing, you shouldn't lose too much weight, too quickly, right? Why did you decide on 108 pounds?

Do you like any sort of activities like baseball or soccer? You know, just walking around the block, if it's safe where you live, is a great thing to do. My son is your age and I make him go for a walk everyday (he has to take our dog, too)!

I have found that eating healthy food and moderate exercise is the way to go.

How tall are you? The wise chickies here can certainly help you with your goals :yes:
