Hi, my name is Shannon. I am 22 years old. I've been doing some research on different diet pills, and the searches each time bring me to this forum, and have found it very insightful. I want to thank you all for that. I've been overweight for some time now. About 5 years. I've got the type of body build where you would never be able to guess I weigh as much as I do, which is good I suppose. And I think that alone deters me from loosing the weight I need to loose. I've tried a few diets, I find myself loosing the will power if I don't see results as soon as I'd like, which I know is the biggest part of my problem. I have a half of a bottle of Hydroxycut sitting here on my desk. I took it for about a week, and the only thing it gave me were headaches (literally). I've come here to hopefully gain more will power, and maybe get and share advice. :-)

Hey Shannon, if you go to User cp in the top left corner and then go to edit sig for the ticker tape you'll see the instructions for creating your own.

You have to be a member for 20 days and have 20 posts to do a signature ticker.

Lol, thank you. I ended up figuring it out when i read that 20 days message at the top of editing profile info. Haha. Thanks though!! And thank you all for the warm welcome!
