Hi all,

I just found 3 Fat Chicks and am so happy that there is a forum out that can let us support each other on our weight lose journey.

After my last pregnacy I was diagoned with Lupus and the inmobility, pain and depression has got me off track to being healthy. I look forward to losing 30 pounds and getting back to making better choices for my health.
