Talking Hello
Hi everyone

My name is Mindy and I found this site by chance and I am REALLY happy I did. I'm looking to get and give support while I continue to lose the extra weight I've been carrying around.

I'm currently at 209 pounds and I am 24 years old. Around my 23rd birthday I weighed in at 350 pounds! I'm very proud of the weight I've lost and I still have a ways to go. I still have my bad days too but I try and stay positive.

I know how hard it is to get healthy and I'm glad I found you guys so we can do it together.
