Well I just found this community and am encouraged to find others with the same battle I have.

I am setting a goal to lose 55 pounds by the first of July. Is it realistic? We shall see.

I am a Paramedic and know that my weight is not a healthy thing for me.

Hello there fellow Kansan - I am up in the Kansas City area.

Welcome and this is a gret place for motivation and encouragement.

I think that 55 lbs by nexty July is definately do able.
