Newbie here

Hi! I'm Sara and I am 28 years old. I have two little boys who keep me on the go. I am very overweight and desperately want to slim down. I want to be able to keep up with the kids and be healthier so I can stay around longer. I have a very difficult time dieting and it has taken me a year to get down under my pre-pregnancy weight which I feel was too heavy to begin with. I still have a lot to go and I am looking for ideas and support. Thank you and I look forward to exploring the forum.
