Hello, newbie here, just started SB diet today. Is everyone here on SB? What type of weight loss can be expected in Phase 1?

Everyone seems so nice - so glad to be part of a group who understands how hard it is to lose weight. Lost 25 lbs last year, but didn't realize how fast it could come back - am determined to keep it off this time LOL

Michele, omg good for you! My dh & I stupidly smoked while on vacation last summer, thinking it would be easy to quit once we came home. Not! While we aren't smoking now, we're dealing with the "put food in your mouth" instead of a butt! Of course, that means every couple of hours. Won't do THAT again!
