Another newbie here....
 

I was surfing the web looking for a weight loss/fitness forum and found 3 fat chicks. This is exactly what I am looking for. I have 10-15 pounds that I would like to lose and just can't seem to get there. I think alot of my problem is lack of motivation. I seem to do ok for a couple of weeks and then things sort of fizzle out. I am hoping to get lots of encouragement here as well as make some new friends. :)
