Hello everyone.......
 

I am so happy to have found this board. I am a busy Wife, Mother and Grandmother who realized recently that I'm 45 lbs overweight, tired and
looking older than I care to.

I decided it is time to do something about it. After all I'm certainly not
getting any younger. In a search for Sugar Buster recipes I came across
this forum and am so glad I did. I look forward to talking with others who
have been there and listening to their advise, tips, recipes....etc.

Thanks in advance ladies (and gentlement should there be any ). I believe
you just made my weight loss goals much easier!!
