Hi everyone. I am ready for change. I found this forum 2 years ago but never gave it a chance. Im ready now to take charge of my life and change. I'm 39 and married with no children. Im 5' 6" and currently weigh 174 pounds. My goal is 130 pounds. I am excited and ready to take this journey.
