Hello guys! I have been doing a weight loss routine for a couple weeks now and I've been desperate to find people who are doing the same thing. I did a google search for "weight loss support" and found this site. So happy :)

I've loved reading the threads so far, everyone is so supportive and friendly. Thanks in advance for any replies.
