Just wanted to introduce myself, I registered on this website a while ago then forgot all about it. But now I am in the process of changing my lifestyle in order to lose 20 pounds or so, and having seen all the great encouragement and support of everyone here, I know I am in the right place!

I'm 32, live in Manchester, UK and am trying to lose weight by cutting down on the beer, exercising more (I already do a fair bit), eating less sugar and generally trying not to snack on junk too much.
Any tips along the way would be gratefully appreciated.
