Newbie on a mission to lose 40lb by Xmas
 

Hi all, My name is liz and I live in Bulgaria, I'm 30 years old and have a 16 month old daughter, I am desperate to get to my target weight before Christmas, it works out at just over 2lb a week which is a nice rate. Am on the "ALLI" diet pill and cut my fat intake to 12g per meal 3 meals a day and around 1200 calories total daily, have lost about 18lb so far and have loads to go!!! wish me luck

oh can anyone tell me how to get one of those little weight timelines at the bottom of my posts, thanks, Liz

Hi! I bought Alli a few years ago when it came out and never worked up the nerve to use it. It sounds very reasonable, I've even read the book but those "treatment effects" still freak me out! Glad it's going well for you! Good luck with your goal!
