I started on my weight loss goals 2 months ago and am so excited to have found this forum. The name: 3 fat chicks on a diet is so cute!!! Thanks to whoever it is that started this forum and to those that run it.

I'm new here--born and raised in the pacific northwest of the USA. I am married with 2 grown children, one married. I have three grandchildren.

I have a great desire to live in a healthier way and know that getting my weight down to normal (not skinny!!) is what I need to do. So I'm making changes in the way I eat, trying to do things that are permanant. :carrot:
