new from michigan on a mission
 

Hi, my name is Julie i'm here to lose weight, I'm hoping to battle this issue and lose weight and keep it off.. I'm from michigan, I have read threw some posts and is very refreshing to hear i'm not alone, like i thought I was for several years. I need to do this I need to be a better role model for my children I do not want them to have to share this battle..just wanted to introduce myself and hope to be able to be help to others as well as getting help from people taken on this battle...

Hi Julie my name is Heather im from michigan also i live in the warren area whereabouts are you in michigan? I started my journey on june 22,2009 and as you can see from my ticker i have lost 25 lbs so far so im on my way but have a long way to go. I do calorie counting and i love it cause im allowed to have anything as long as its in moderation and i dont go over my calories and i try to keep my carbs low too! Well, welcome and maybe we can support each other i also make daily comments in the 300+ thread and feel free to join us over there!
