3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - New to the forum, not dieting

Hello all, my name is Lisa. I am 23 and I have owned a small automotive performance and restoration shop in Alberta Canada for the past 2 and half years. There has been many factors to my weight gain over the years. To start with: bad reaction to asthma medication (gained alot of weight) that the doctor told me there was no way it could make that happen. Sure enough now that I am off of that medication the weight gain has stopped. Another factor is the stress from owning my own business and all the headaches that come with it. Now that I have started making positive changes in my life I am ready to lose all the baggage the past has left me with. Not to mention I am getting married next year and want to look and feel my best. I am looking forward to have other people in my same situation there to support me and I will do my best to help you.
