Bride to be from Boston

Hi there!

I am a newbie to this community, but have found some great info and motivation so far! I have gained over 50lbs in the past two years and have noticed a huge change in my energy level and overall health. I am tired of being unhealthy and want to get my body and endurance back! I will be getting married next May and would like to feel confident and fit that day and everyday thereafter! I look forward to the challenge that lies ahead!
