Im currently on South beach diet and also trying to improve my workouts. I would love to know if there is anyone else here that lives in Europe as well (not only UK) , Im originally Portugues, lived most of my life in Brazil and now I'm living in Poland and have my BF in Germany!!

So I'm always travelling , specially Poland - Germany!!
