beginning of the end for my second bad habit

All my life I was petite, the little china doll. I also smoked 1-2 packs a day. Two years ago this coming October, the cigarettes finally did their magic and I was in ICU in a coma for almost two weeks. I have not had a cigarette since. My lungs are recovering. However, I am no longer considered petite, only short and overweight. My WII FIT says obese. At 5'1" and 165 pounds with a small frame, I wear a size 16 to 18. YUCK! I beat the cigarette addiction, now to work on the food.
