Anyone in NYC?
 

I started the pre-conditioning yesterday for my second round with MRC.

It WORKS WORKS WORKS. I would love to make a friend in NYC or NJ!

Someone who shares my passion for getting fit and trim. I am from Alaska and live near Wall Street and LOVE IT.

My MRC rep said because it is my second time that I should not start on the 1-4 Menu rather just go to the Green Menu.

I love this Site and have learned so much. I would love to know what sauces and spices people use to add flavor to there meats and veggies.

I wish everyone luck and know with determination and Love for yourself you can do this... My goal is 130. I think I will be there by January or February!

One of those tickers is what I really really want.

As for the ticker, you need 20 days membership and 20 posts.
