Hi everyone:)

What a great forum this seems to be. I am a 48yr old from Orlando and have lost 15 pounds this year, but I have run into a brick wall:D, so I thought I would do something different and join a forum to get some help and hopefully some motivation to get me back on the right track.

I am looking forward to being apart of this community.:)
